3. Night Work for Women Workers
No (Except for those pregnant women workers with seven months' pregnancy)

4. Overtime Work for Women Workers
Not more than 4 hours per day or 200 hours a year

5. Menstruation Leave - Wheather need special application

6. Maternity Protection:

     6.1. Length of leave
     Four to six months, for 1st and 2nd child

     6.2. Payment during leave
     Full wage with extra one month's wage

     6.3. Who pay for it
     Employer

     6.4. Any laws prohibiting employers from dismissing the pregnant women workers
     Yes

     6.5. Any laws allowing women workers who are more than six months' pregnancy shift to lighter work
     Yes. For women worker at 7th monthsÕ pregnancy or nursing a child under one year old, employers cannot make her do overtime work, work at night or in distant places. She shall be transferred to lighter work

     For the 3rd child, maternity leave for 75 days with full pay

7. Comments on the Overall Implementation of the Labor Laws
Implementation of labour law in the state-run enterprise is quite good, but in joint venture or private enterprises is not good
