3. Night Work for Women Workers
Women workers shall not be permitted to perform night work (10pm to 6am) except under the following conditions:
- with the agreement with trade unions and workers themselves
- the factory is being operated under three shifts of work by workers everyday
- the factory provides hygienic facilities and dormitories for workers

4. Overtime Work for Women Workers
No more than 2 hours/day and 24 hours/week, with the agreement with trade union and workers

5. Menstruation Leave - Wheather need special application

6. Maternity Protection:

     8 weeks

     Same as original wage, full pay

     Employer and the Labour Insurance Bureau
