1. Maximum Working Hours
48 hours/week

2. Minimum Wage

3. Night Work for Women Workers
No employer shall require any female employee to work in any industrial and agricultural undertaking between the hours of 10pm and 5am. Exemption to above may be obtained from the Director General of Labour and is FREQUENTLY granted

4. Overtime Work for Women Workers
Not exceeding 104 hours in one month (for all workers)

5. Menstruation Leave - Wheather need special application
No

6. Maternity Protection:

     6.1. Length of leave
     60 consecutive days including weekly rest days and public holidays

     6.2. Payment during leave
     Normal rate of pay

     6.3. Who pay for it
     Employers pay

     6.4. Any laws prohibiting employers from dismissing the pregnant women workers
     Any employers who dismiss a female employee during the period in which she is entitled to maternity leave shall be guilty of an offense

     6.5. Any laws allowing women workers who are more than six months' pregnancy shift to lighter work
     Yes, but only on the advice of a medical practitioner

     6.6 Any other provisions
     Maternity benefit is avaible for five surviving children only

Poor in small workplace because there is a gross lack of enforcement resources
