2. Minimum Wage
It is stipulated by the provincial government, so it depends on the region. Each provinces and regions are different
3. Night Work for Women Workers
The company cannot arrange those women workers at seventh months' pregnancy or with baby under one year old to work at night or to do overtime work

5. Menstruation Leave - Wheather need special application
During menstruation, women workers shall not be assigned work at high altitudes, low temperature, or in cold water, etc. Many enterprises have their own regulation to allow two daysÕ menstruation leave, usually need the proven from urine test

7. Comments on the Overall Implementation of the Labor Laws
State-run enterprises can protect the right of women workers, but in joint ventures and private enterprises, there are always infringement of the rights of women workers
